4 Ways to Add Leads & Clients

This video covers how to add leads and clients into the system via spreadsheet import, manual entry & lead vendor integration. To see how to create a web form for website lead capture, go to Account> Web Forms.

You may want to prep your Radius account with Custom Form Fields, Counties & Products before the import process. Here are links to those specific instructions.
1) Create any Custom Form fields that you need.

2) Create any Counties you have listed in your spreadsheets. Settings> Counties> Add Counties. You can also remove States/Provinces that you don’t want to see in that section.

3) Create any Carriers & Products that are in the client book of business that you’re importing.
