Also, I am getting some calls forwarded to one of my phone numbers here on radiusbob, will that line be able to handle multiple calls coming in? If I have both agents logged on to the system

    Yes, if a call comes in it can go to a ring group, select agents or ring to everyone to answer.

    Assuming there are no issues with the Submission and Paperwork, we'll have an estimated switch date today or tomorrow.

    Guessing it will be sometime next week.

    Hi ,

    We have submitted your documentation, and your porting request is being processed with the carriers involved. We will follow up with you if we need any additional information and when we have a date on which each number will port.

    Please be sure to keep each number in service with your current provider, including any PBX or applications, until 10 days after the port is complete; your port can be rejected if the number is not in service, and if the porting date is delayed for any reason, we don’t want you to lose service. Please also note that phone numbers submitted for porting at the same time may receive different porting dates; the losing carrier may be different for different sets of phone numbers or, even if the losing carrier is the same, the numbers may be tied to different physical infrastructure.

    The steps of the process are as follows:

    Step 1 - Submit documentation - COMPLETE
    Step 2 - Submit the port request to the carriers based on the data and information you’ve provided - COMPLETE
    Step 3 - Follow up with the carriers and/or you if more information is required
    Step 4 - Receive the date on which your number(s) will port and notify you via email
    Step 5 - Your phone number(s) will port and Radius will test to ensure voice service is working*

    Your port request "Mitra Supan" is now complete. Now that these number(s) have ported to Twilio, you should contact your previous carrier to be sure that each number is removed from your account because some carriers do not take care of this step automatically for you.
