I have tried the trial period in the past but never got past that. I am ready to move forward in securing an account but have a couple questions about transferring existing data from Your Insurance Office program. Please call so we can talk.

Thank you....

Hi Keith, I left you a voice message, but you'd just get the spreadsheet from YIO, check our field names and create any custom form fields you need prior to importing (and add in any carriers/products if you're importing a book of business). Then go to leads or clients and choose Import. You'll upload the file and then map any field names that aren't exactly like we have them listed (ie, map Lead Name to Name).

I'm happy to answer any other questions here or if you'd like to call me back. Thanks!

    Hi Danielle,
I was wanting to know how to set up a trial account so I can get in there and play around a bit first. When I go to sign up for a trial, it says that I have an account or something. It won't let me do anything.

Looks like there were three old free trial accounts under your email address.

We deleted those, so go ahead and create a new Free Trial.
