Disposition activity

On my calendar it shows I have a follow up on the 10th of this month so after I have gone in and finished calling the client how do I disposition the call so it removes it from the calendar but keeps the knowledge that I followed up with the clients.

    You can remove it as a Task by clicking the box next to the Task in the client's file and put into Notes that you've called them and what you discussed. Also, if you use the Call Recording feature, that will automatically go into their files.
    To create new statuses for ease of tracking, go to Settings> Status Option Set Up and add statuses there.
