Hello

I wanted to know is there away that we can minimize duplication for when our agent are deposition from YTEL into Radius.

    We've had a few discussions with YTEL, but we don't currently have any API methods to lookup existing records, so currently, this isn't possible without YTEL already knowing if the record is a duplicate or not.

    Ok, is there a way that Radius can do report or scan for duplicate
    information?

    We have a tag of "Possible Duplicates" to help you search for them, but it sometimes depends on the formatting of what they've sent over if the possible duplicate gets flagged or not.

    Also, just a thought, but when I see a lead come into the system that I'm about to work, I search for their last name in the top search bar to see if they might have any relationships or any previous trial accounts within my CRM before I contact them. That would be the most basic way to check for duplicates now.

    Just to clarify the Possible Duplicate tag only applies to Email imports and does not apply in your usage.
