My calendar seems to be missing many of the appointments I thought were there on Monday. I am not sure what may have occurred but wondering if I could get things reset to 2/12/ 2018 at about noon?

Do you want to check your "Sort By" filters first? We can reset your account to the night before, but you'd lose any work you did since then. Frequently it's just that you have a "Sort By" filter in the Calendar set to Past or Overdue or something https://radius.tenderapp.com/kb/video-tutorials/video-calendar-over...

I see your email address is associated with multiple user seats in your account, so you would receive different Task lists for the different users. That's probably why you see 1 Daily Task list with certain tasks and the 2nd with others or none at all. Check your user settings in Account> Account Users to make sure the proper email addresses are in each agent's My Info section. Or if you want to have everything come to [email blocked], just know that you'll receive multiple Daily Tasks lists or will have turn turn off the notifications in the account user's Notifications tab.

Well, its not just in the calendar. They are not even in the system. Attached is a list of appointments made for me and the dates they were made.

Many of the first 10 or 12 are not even in the system and they were there yesterday!

Jeremy, Please revert Steve's account to Sunday and let both him and myself know when it's done on this ticket as I'm going to help him with another aspect.

I've restored about 1400 leads, notes, and custom fields as well as the 29 reminders/tasks that went with those leads. Let me know if I missed anything.

Thank you but it does not seem like the calendar appointment information was replaced?

    Thanks,

    Steve

I added the 29 reminders (calendar items) that were related to the leads that were deleted. What's missing?
