Workflow issue

When A new lead comes in and is marked as a hot lead, its supposed to have a workflow of assigning to an agent and adding to hot leads queue. I have set up the correct fields, I I thought. However, it does not do any of the workflow requests.

Not sure what to do

    This has been fixed and the Workflows will work moving forward.

    We'll look into the Dialer Question now.

    I just ran a test and it worked!

    However, all my information such as

    and

    Those are populated when the email is sent through the system; see attached image of lead we created.

    Works now.

    For some reason, gmail marks the email as spam. I thought that it would not do that if I was using your servers.

    I'm having the same issue with my emails not populating my Information.

    It was working earlier.

    Make sure the Lead is assigned to you. If it is 'Unnasigned' it will be blank as there is not agent to pull information from.

    That's one of the workflow things it should be doing. It's the leads that are plugged in online.

    I noticed that it worked for this one...I understand it need to be assigned to an agent, but what's different between this one and the one before?

    Hello,

    Is there a way to export Leads based on Call Queue.

    There is a queue that has all cell phone numbers because I did not route them correctly. Now I cannot dial it.

    I was hoping to export that data and import it back in but instead of as cel numbers it would be as phone instead.

    Hello,
    You can't export via the Call Queue list, however, you can create a Custom Report based on Status and export that list. You would then reimport the list, checking against duplicates and updating the record.

    One of my agents is having this issue.

    Please see below:

    I’m having problems on Radius Bob concerning the queues. Nothing happens when I click to add a lead to one of the existing queues that is already set up, so none of my leads are in queues. Additionally, when I go to click on the “Call Queues” tab it signs me out instantly and I have to sign back into my account.

    My sign in information is:

    Username: [email blocked] <mailto:[email blocked]>

    Password: [email blocked] <mailto:[email blocked]>

    Hopefully this can get fixed soon, but I don’t know what to do.

    We are looking into this. There appears to be a call queue record pointing to a lead/client that doesn't exist anymore causing the screen to blowup. We will have it fixed shortly.
